এএমআইই পাশের পর বিসিএস লিখিত পরীক্ষার প্রস্তুতি
বিসিএস পরীক্ষায় উত্তীর্ণ হতে হলে দুয়েক মাসের প্রস্তুতি কখনোই যথেষ্ট নয়, প্রয়োজন হয়, লম্বা সময়ের গোছানো প্রস্তুতি । এএমআইই পাশ করতে যদি আপনার ৩-৪ বছর সময় লাগে, তাহলে, এএমআইই পড়া শুরুর সময় থেকেই যদি আপনি বিসিএস এর প্রস্তুতি নিতে শুরু করেন, তাহলে, এএমআইই পাশ করার পরপরই যে বিসিএস এর বিজ্ঞপ্তি প্রকাশ হবে, সেটাতেই আপনি আবেদন করার পাশাপাশি যথেষ্ট প্রস্তুতি নিয়েই পরীক্ষা দিতে পারবেন । আজ মেকানিক্যাল ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং এর সিভিল ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং এ বিসিএস এর সিলেবাস উল্লেখ করলাম । বিসিএস পরীক্ষার তিনটি ভাগঃ প্রিলিমিনারি, লিখিত এবং মৌখিক । প্রিলিমিনারি পরীক্ষায় ১০০ মার্কসের এমসিকিউ প্রশ্ন থাকে ১০০ টি । প্রিলিমানারি পরীক্ষায় উত্তীর্ণদের জন্য থাকবে ১১০০ মার্কসের লিখিত পরীক্ষা যার মধ্যে ২০০ মার্কস থাকবে যে বিষয়ের উপর ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং পড়েছেন সেই বিষয়ের উপর । এখানে মেকানিক্যাল, সিভিল এবং ইলেক্ট্রিক্যাল ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং এর সিলেবাস উল্লেখ করা হলো । ভাল করে খেয়াল করে দেখুন, এই সিলেবাসে যেসকল বিষয় অন্তর্ভুক্ত আছে, সেগুলো আপনি এএমআইই - এর বিভিন্ন কোর্সে পড়ছেন, তাই, আমার পরামর্শ হলো, এএমআইই পড়ার সময়ই এই টপিকসসমূহ আরও ভালোভাবে পড়ুন, তাতে দুটি লাভ হবেঃ
প্রথমতঃ এএমআইই পরীক্ষাতে ভাল রেজাল্ট আসবে ।
দ্বিতীয়তঃ বিসিএস পরীক্ষায় ভাল করার সম্ভাবনা বেড়ে যাবে ।

Techniques of circuit analysis: Nodal and mesh analysis including supernode and supermesh. Three phase induction motor: Rotating magnetic field, equivalent circuit, vector diagram, torque-speed characteristics, effect of changing rotor power, no-load test, blocked rotor test, starting and braking and speed control. Single phase induction motor: Theory of operation, equivalent circuit and starting. বিশাল এই সিলেবাস দেখে অনেকেই ভাবছেন, এই সিলেবাস পড়ে ২০০ মার্কস এর পরীক্ষা দিয়ে, সাথে অন্যান্য ৯০০ মার্কস, বিসিএস ক্যাডার হওয়া কিভাবে সম্ভব !!! যারা এএমআইই তে ইলেক্ট্রিক্যাল ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং এ পড়ছেন, এএমআইই এর ইলেক্ট্রিক্যাল এর সিলেবাস হাতে নিয়ে দেখুন, এই সিলেবাস এর অধিকাংশই এএমআইই এর সিলেবাসে রয়েছে । ভাল করে এএমআইই সিলেবাস পড়ে এএমআইই কমপ্লিট করলে, বিসিএস এ ভাল করার সুযোগ থাকবে । এই কোর্সসমূহ যেহেতু এএমআইই তে রয়েছে, সেহেতু, এএমআইই তে পড়ার সময় ভালোভাবে প্রস্তুতি নিন । এই কোর্সসমূহের জন্য যথেষ্ট সময় ব্যয় করুন, কিনুন, ২-৩ টি টেক্সটবই, শিক্ষকের সহায়তা নিন, বড়ভাইয়ের সহায়তা নিন, নিতে পারেন, গুগল মামার হেল্প !!!
বিসিএস ক্যাডার হওয়া কোন স্বপ্ন নয়, পরিশ্রম, অধ্যবসায় আর সাধনার ফল । আপনি ডিপ্লোমা পাশ করে পরিশ্রম করুন এএমআইই কমপ্লিট করার জন্য, এএমআইই পড়ার শুরু থেকেই শুরু হোক, বিসিএস এর প্রস্তুতি । যেদিন এএমআইই কমপ্লিট হবে, সেদিন থেকেই শুরু হোক আরেকটি স্বপ্নের সিঁড়ির সূচনা । পাশের পরপরই যে বিসিএস পাবেন, অংশগ্রহণ করুন, নিজেকে প্রতিনিয়ত গড়ে তুলুন তিলে তিলে ।
